The design of the new business center in Kommunarka has been approved.

Moscow authorities have approved the design of a 27-story office tower in the Kommunarka administrative and business center. The business center will be built according to a design by Syntaxis and will be completed in a modern minimalist style.

Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026, with commissioning scheduled for 2029.
