Our history

The history of FSR began back in 1901, when the security organization ISS was founded in Denmark, which in 1934 also began providing cleaning services.

Establishment of ISS in Copenhagen

The company grew and developed rapidly thanks to its expertise, skillful management and employee involvement, which allowed it to enter the international market in 1973.

In 1996, ISS became the world's largest cleaning company and since 1999 has been providing integrated services (IFS) for property maintenance.

In 2004, ISS entered the Russian real estate services market under the name Facility Services Rus LLC.

In 2006, the company signed its first IFS contract. ISS's main clients in Russia are manufacturing companies, representatives of the banking, IT and pharmaceutical sectors.

By 2016, ISS services over 2,000,000 sq. m. daily in Russia.

By 2020, more than 2,500,000 sq.m. are already in daily service in Russia.

In 2022, Facility Services Rus LLC (FSR) decided to localize its business in Russia. The company currently has 11 representative offices in various regions of Russia and aims to further expand its geographic presence in the country. In its activities, FSR relies on accumulated international and local experience and expertise and is proud that more than 80% of its services are provided by its full-time staff, thanks to which the company has established itself as a reliable partner and a serious player in the commercial and industrial real estate servicing market.

FSR continues to develop actively, expanding the range of services provided, strengthening its position in the market of integrated commercial real estate services. New areas of activity: technical audit, electrical measuring work and labor protection. A license for disinfection, disinsection and deratization has been obtained, as well as a Certificate of registration of an electrical laboratory. Increase in the volume of projects and contracts for commercial building maintenance.
