More than 45% of employed Russians of middle age admitted that they would prefer old manors equipped with modern amenities to modern comfortable business centers of category A.

The last fifteen years have been characterized by active restoration activities throughout the country. Until recently, such buildings often became venues for various celebrations and presentations. Now business owners are beginning to show significant interest in buying or renting historical buildings to place their own offices there.

Experts emphasize the numerous advantages of old buildings: location in prestigious central areas, the ability to enhance the company's image due to the exclusive style of the building and original, eye-catching architecture.

An important condition for a comfortable stay at work for many is the location of a historical building in a picturesque corner of the city with a green area and open space for walking. In addition, many will prefer large, bright rooms with large windows.
