Compliance with legislation in milk supply

As part of its comprehensive services, FSR can arrange the supply of milk and dairy products to its clients, working exclusively with trusted suppliers.

Since 2021, mandatory labeling of certain goods, including dairy products, has been introduced in the Russian Federation. This helps monitor the circulation, safety, and quality of these products. All participants in the supply chain, from production to the end consumer, must be registered in the "Honest Sign" system.

Furthermore, the circulation of animal products is also subject to veterinary control. All participants in the circulation of milk and dairy products, as well as other regulated food products, must process transactions and documentation for the transportation of regulated goods in the specialized "Mercury" Federal State Information System. Working with the Mercury Federal State Information System (FSIS) is necessary to comply with Federal Law No. 243-FZ "On Amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation 'On Veterinary Medicine'".

FSR has completed training and successfully registered in the Chestny Znak and Mercury systems. Our company's sites have been certified by veterinary authorities, and each of our milk and dairy product deliveries is accompanied by accurate electronic veterinary documentation and is processed in accordance with Russian Federation law.
