Demand for the purchase and rental of office space in Moscow is declining

This trend emerged in the third quarter. This was primarily due to expensive financing and a lack of vacant space.

In the first three quarters of 2025, 348,700 square meters of office space were sold in the capital.

Experts note that this figure decreased by 8% compared to the same period last year.

Nevertheless, the level of buyer activity is essentially in line with the results of 2023, when the same period saw the sale of 346,100 square meters of office space in Moscow business centers.
