Decline in office rental rates outside Moscow's city center

Compared to the same period last year, rental rates in districts outside Moscow's city center have fallen by 5–10%.

According to expert estimates, against the backdrop of this general decline, price increases are being observed only in newly constructed office centers.

Slowing economic growth is prompting companies to opt for smaller premises, leading to a shortage of the lowest-priced options and a gradual shift in demand toward "net lease" arrangements.
