A new office complex is planned for construction near Moscow City

An impressive complex with a total area of ​​approximately 200,000 square meters may soon be built near the Atmosfera Concert Hall. The development firm Stone, together with its subsidiary, KS-pro LLC, are working on a major project to build a large office complex in the Shmitovsky Proyezd area near the famous Moscow-City business center.

This spring, the 2.43-hectare plot of land designated for the project was included by city authorities in a special urban development program.

The project envisions the transformation of an area currently occupied by warehouses and garages into a modern administrative and business center with a total area of ​​180,000 square meters.

A surface parking lot of approximately 20,000 square meters is planned for the adjacent site, currently occupied by the Atmosfera Concert Hall.
