Robotic cleaning for business centers and shopping malls: a new FSR project

FSR strives to utilize the most advanced technologies to improve the efficiency and productivity of its services, including commercial cleaning services.

On May 27, 2026, with the support of the Moscow Department of Trade and Services, we and our partners participated in the launch of a pilot project to introduce service robotics into Moscow's infrastructure, working with major shopping malls.

This project began at the Central Children's Store on Lubyanka.

Modern autonomous cleaning robots effectively perform both dry and wet cleaning, handling the most difficult stains. This is especially important during the rainy and snowy seasons, when the need for cleaning increases exponentially. Our robot cleans not only indoors but also adjacent parking lots.

This new product is generating a lot of interest among visitors: adults take selfies with our robots, and children are eager to get a closer look and touch them. It's worth noting that our robots are extremely safe: thanks to their machine vision system and sensors, they instantly react to people, stopping or avoiding obstacles.

We'll be monitoring the results with you, as well as checking the cleaning quality and integration into existing processes. Let's move together toward an innovative managed service!
