Professional standard for commercial real estate management

The new professional standard "Specialist in Non-Residential Real Estate Management" was approved by Order No. 371n dated June 16, 2025 of the Ministry of Labor. It concerns the competence in commercial real estate management and will be effective from March 1, 2026. This will streamline the inconsistent requirements that were previously in force in the industry.

This document covers the entire list of professional competencies provided for specialists in this field. It also includes blocks dedicated to various branches of commercial real estate management.

The general standard will simplify the preparation of relevant job descriptions, as well as the development of personnel training and assessment systems.

FSR is actively working to further improve the quality of services provided, offering its clients favorable terms of cooperation and excellent service. The provisions of the new professional standard will be taken into account and implemented in the current training program, advanced training and assessment of the competencies of employees of various profiles.
