Under a program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities, modern business centers will be built in various districts of Moscow, which will in turn help fill numerous vacancies.
The implementation of these projects is being carried out taking into account the specific characteristics of the urban areas. The new complexes fit harmoniously into the existing infrastructure, offering employees modern workspaces, recreation areas, and convenient transportation access.
As part of the program, three office buildings with a total area of over 70 square meters are being constructed in three Moscow districts – Maryina Roshcha, Ochakovo-Matveevsky Park, and Filevsky Park.
For example, a facility will be built in the Ochakovo-Matveyevskoye district, which will create approximately 3,000 new jobs. The project includes a three-story commercial building with an area of approximately 22,000 square meters.
Another 17-story building will be located in the western part of the capital, creating over 1,400 jobs. The project includes 250 parking spaces, including charging stations for modern electric cars. Innovative solutions are also included, such as a ventilation system with an intelligent function that regulates air levels depending on the occupancy of each floor, etc.
A new business cluster is being developed in the Maryina Roshcha district, taking into account the historical value of the 19th-century buildings. These buildings will house offices and catering establishments, creating a new business district with the potential to attract nearly 2,000 workers.
The program began in 2020 and covers most of Moscow's districts.
