A permit has been issued for the construction of a premium-class business center
Mosgosstroynadzor has approved the permit documentation for the construction of a modern class A office complex called STONE Kaluzhskaya in the Obruchevsky district of Moscow. Construction will begin next to the Kaluzhskaya metro station: the project address is Starokaluzhskoye Shosse, plot No. 64, building 1.
The project was developed by the architectural bureau Kleinewelt Architekten. The complex includes three towers for various purposes. A two-level shopping arcade will connect the two main buildings, 23 and 13 stories high, respectively, providing a single entrance area. The third building will function separately. The total area of the commercial block will be about 14 thousand square meters.
The stylobate zone of the first two levels will accommodate various catering establishments (cafes, canteens, restaurants), specialized household services and retail space available to residents of the district. The upper third level is reserved for the organization of functional infrastructure for negotiations and events - a business lounge and conference rooms are provided.
Transport accessibility of the quarters will be ensured by the presence of modern elevators of the latest generation - a total of 33 intelligent high-speed elevators with an integrated passenger distribution system are provided. The underground parking on two levels is designed to accommodate 330 cars and will be equipped with charging points for electric vehicles.
