The volume of St. Petersburg office purchases exceeded rental demand.

The results of 2025 showed the following: office property purchases in St. Petersburg outpaced rental volumes. During this period, transactions totaling 237,300 square meters were concluded.

The sharp increase in interest in office acquisitions is due to increased activity by government agencies.

Major transactions last year included the purchase of two buildings in the Nevskaya Ratusha business complex by the St. Petersburg Government. Other major transactions included the purchase of the Mekhanobr complex on Vasilievsky Island by the Mining University and the acquisition of the Rostra business center on Zanevsky Prospekt by Technopark-Saint Petersburg.
