New division of the Aquilon Group

Furthermore, Akvilon announced the start of construction on the KORP.Molodezhnaya business center, which will become part of the larger NEXUS by Akvilon complex. Construction permits were received last November.

The project is located in the western part of the capital, in the Kuntsevo district. The building includes two high-rise towers – a residential tower and an office tower – connected by a common stylobate. The buildings will range in height from 41 to 46 stories. The facades will be finished in warm shades, and most of the buildings will be glazed.
