The mayor's office purchased the buildings from Expocentre for 2 billion rubles

The Moscow City Property Department purchased three buildings with a total area of ​​approximately 4,100 square meters from Expocentre JSC on 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proyezd. These buildings are located next to the Moscow-City Center and previously served the complex's utility systems.

This site may be repurposed in the future, as it has good potential for a cultural center to complement the Rossiya Complex.
