Business centers reach a new level of development

Forma, a part of the PIK Group, has announced ambitious plans to bring five new office buildings to the market before the end of the current calendar period — the end of 2025.

Growing demand for high-quality business spaces inspires developers to expand their offerings. Two Workplace series business centers with a total area of about 110 thousand square meters have already been completed. By 2035, it is planned to complete the construction of twelve modern business complexes with a total area of up to 700 thousand square meters.
